Welded Gabion Cages Basket
Welded Gabion Cages also named as welded gabion box, defense blast wall for military use, wire mesh gabion cages, stone cage and welded gabion cages
The Welded Gabion Cages is a kind of modern gabion for Military fortification and Flood control. It is made of a collapsible wire mesh container, it can be used in separate cell or some cells joint together.

Woven Gabion Cages
A woven gabion cages refers to a rectangular box with high strength lying its double and triple twist hexagonal steel mesh fabric. Filled with stone, woven gabion cages form a monolithic mass structure that can withstand rough movements without any integrity loss. Meanwhile, they are more durable than welded gabion cages, thus, they are successfully applied to various rough conditions.
Gabion Mattress
Gabion mattress is known as Reno mattress as it is firstly applied to Reno River in Italy. Gabion mattress refers to a rectangular structure similar to gabion cages except its low height. Generally, a gabion mattress is composed of hexagonal double twist steel wire mesh or welded wire mesh panels as shown in the following two pictures.
How to Install Manufacture Bhutan Philippine Waterproof Stainless Steel Gabion Wire Mesh Box Wire Net Stone Basket
Step 1. Ends, diaphragms, front and back panels are placed upright on the bottom section of wire mesh.
Step 2. Secure panels by screwing spiral binders through the mesh openings in adjacent panels.
Step 3. Stiffeners shall be placed across the corners, at 300mm from the corner. Providing a diagonal bracing, and crimped over the line and cross wires on the front and side faces. None are needed in interior cells.
Step 4. Gabion cages filled with graded stone by hand or with a shovel.
Step 5. After filling, close the lid and secure with spiral binders at the diaphragms, ends, front and back.
Step 6. When stacking tiers of the welded gabion cages, the lid of the lower tier may serve as the base of the upper tier. Secure with spiral binders and add pre-formed stiffeners to exterior cells before filling with graded stones.
