Chicken wire is a twisted steel wire mesh with hexagonal openings. We stock hex netting in a straight twist, reverse twist or a double direction hexagonal twist, and we carry galvanized and PVC coated styles for rust protection. Our hex netting is also available in many mesh sizes with a variety of width and length sizes.
Chicken wire is widely used to build chicken coops or other fencing for chickens or other animals. Additionally, it is also used as an economical product to secure other materials in place such as insulation to roofs. Besides being used for fencing or cage materials, it is also ideal for lawn and garden projects and other home projects
Galvanized Chiken Wire is galvanized on the surface of hexagonal wire mesh, which material could be low carbon steel, stainless steel, zinc-5% aluminum alloy (galfan) or iron. Normal zinc coating hexagonal wire mesh could be applied to chicken wire, rabbit fence, garden fence, decorative mesh, stucco netting. Heavy zinc coating hexagonal wire netting could be used as rockfall netting, gabion basket, and gabion sack. Zinc-5% aluminum alloy (galfan) usually be made into gabion basket or gabion sack.
PVC coated Chiken Wire is wrapped polyvinyl chloride layer on the surface of hexagonal wire mesh. Internal wire's material may be low carbon steel, stainless steel, zinc-5% aluminum alloy (galfan), iron or galvanized wire. PVC coating can protect the mesh from corrosion, rust, oxidation, and survive a longer life in terrible environment. This kind of hexagonal mesh is nearly impossible for rodents to chew through and can protect poultry from being hurt. It can merge into surroundings through choosing different colors.
Packing: inside with waterproof paper, outside with woven bag, or as customers' request.
